TOA Super Coloring is a concentrate solvent of transparent color pigments. It is used to mix with TOA Polyurethane and TOA Transparent Lacquer to become TOA Polyurethane with transparent color shades. Mixed with Lacquer and Polyurethane, either 1K or 2K.
