TOA Polyurethane 1K Waterborne Matt is a 100% aromatic polyurethane dispersion (Pure PUD). It is fast-drying, Matt finishing, highly adhesive with wood and highly resistant to scratch, abrasion and alcohol. Paint film is transparent and light amber, similar to solvent-based Polyurethane.
